TIMBER ITEMS

Our timber products are cut on a laser machine, the cutting process causes the edges of the timber to have a charred look. You may also notice some slight imperfections on the back of the timber; this is normal for laser cut products. We give each item a light sand before sending.

TURNAROUND TIMES

We aim to complete and send your order within 5-7 days. You will receive an email notification when you order has been sent.

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS

RETURNS

We do not accept returns for change of mind, please read the product listing carefully to ensure it fits your intended purpose. 

REFUNDS

In the event of items becoming damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Please send photos of the damaged parcel to us, you may be required to take them to your local post office for assessment. We will contact you to discuss replacement or refund of your order.

SHIPPING

We aim to pack orders within 5-7 business days. All parcels are sent using Australia Post, you will be sent a tracking number upon shipment.

We reuse and recycling packaging where possible. Our packaging might not look pretty, but it's what's inside that counts. We'll be sure to package your item so it arrives to you safely. 

PICK UP

We are located in Melton, Victoria. You are welcome to pick up your order, we will send an email when your order is ready to collect.
